Select Archery & Outdoor Supply was started in March of 2002 by Jim Rumps; who at the time was a full time high school teacher and could not afford much of what was being offered in local pro shops and many of the so-called big online discount stores, this resulted in a web-based, small store in 2002. By December 2009 Rumps was able to move into a larger location at 474 Wylie Drive, in Crossroads Center with help from Vice President, Randy Workman and Store Manager, Brian Kirby. Managed by SugarOak Management Services since 2005, Crossroads Center is located on Wylie Drive and encompasses over 248,000 square feet of retail stores and office spaces including Bronze Giraffe Antique Mall, Sugar Art, Chestnut Health Systems, Show Me Dough, Digital Copy Systems and AFNI. SugarOak is a full service real estate company offering investment, management, and construction services across multiple property types. Headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, SugarOak has ownership interests and management portfolios across the US and Canada.
