Family Behavioral Resources Brings Specialized Care to Georgian Place

SOMERSET, PA—December 21, 2010 -- Georgian Place just became more “family-friendly,” as Family Behavioral Resources (FBR) has recently signed as the newest tenant. “We are enthusiastic about our new office space at Georgian Place,” said Rick J. The state of the art training facility has a full-size boxing ring, fight cage, weights, and the top instructors in Bloomington/Normal. Leasing Activity at New City Center

Himalayas, an authentic Indian restaurant and caterer, has leased approximately 4,915 square feet of restaurant space, located at 709 N. Moore Avenue (with I-35 frontage) in New City Center, Moore, Oklahoma. Himalayas, previously operating in Norman, Oklahoma, offers a lunch and dinner buffet, seven days a week. Rick Pritchett, CCIM with Precor Ruffin and Micah Alcorn with Domain Commercial managed the lease transaction Jackie Puterbaugh, DVM, will open an after-hours emergency pet hospital in the 3,900 square foot, free-standing building, at New City Center, in Moore, Oklahoma.
