New City Center in Moore, OK welcomes Star Event Center

New City Center welcomes Star Event Center as their newest tenant in the 181,170 square foot multi-use shopping center, conveniently located at NW 5th and Interstate 35 in Moore, Oklahoma. Star Event Center will occupy approximately 11,625 square feet as a venue for events ranging from car shows to concerts, weddings to family reunions. Owner and operator, Jennifer Smith says they plan to open for business on September 1, 2010. Rick Pritchett, CCIM with Precor Ruffin managed the lease negotiations.

Gold's Gym and Regal Cinemas renew leases at Gold's Gym Plaza
