Breathing New Life into Crossings Center

Recently acquired by SugarOak in April 2010, Crossings Center on Holcomb Bridge and Crossings Center on the Parkway are in the process of aggressively being repositioned to once again become two of the premier office parks in the area. Façade and interior renovations combined with new landscaping and signage are just a few of the scheduled improvements.
The recent upgrades and change in leasing strategy have begun to produce results; 11 new leases have been completed to date totaling over 19,000 square feet, which equates to a 12% increase in occupancy. Seven renewals have also been completed totaling over 20,000 square feet. Leasing and management now looks to maintain the momentum through the holiday season and into 2011.
Please visit http://www.crossingscenter.net/ for more information on the property.

The shopping center, located at the intersection of Herndon Parkway and Elden Street, was established in 1989, and is managed and operated by SugarOak Management Services.
