Fitness Evolution, a full service fitness center, has leased 14045 Delaney Road located at Gulfway Plaza at La Marque. The Landlord is La Marque Outlet Development, LLC. The Lease suite totals 15,374 square feet. The lease signing brings Gulfway Plaza to 92% occupied - it’s highest historical occupancy. Other notable tenants at Gulfway Plaza include VF, Bootkikkers Bingo, Burke’s and TransforME (Body By Frances), as well as many others. Karen Lindley, Owner of Fitness Evolution said: “The reason we choose this location is because of the location, easy access in and out and large parking lot.
