SugarOak Management Services recently undertook the renovation of the Foxcroft Apartments complex in Statesville, North Carolina. Summer Concerts 2009

SugarOak, based in Herndon, Virginia, is proud to support the 15th season of Herndon’s Friday Night Live! The concerts held at the Herndon Town Center run from May through August. SugarOak manages commercial properties in Herndon, as well as the across the country and Canada. SugarOak Opens PODs Franchises

SugarOak is now managing three PODS franchises for an investment group in Oahu, Hawaii; Toronto, Ontario; and Vanacouver, British Columbia. PODS is a portable storage unit that is delivered to your door and transported back to the storage facility when it is packed. PODS can be stored, or delivered to a new location. SugarOak has expansion plans to open more franchises in Maui, Hawaii, and Victoria’s Island, British Columbia.

SugarOak Management Services Sponsors Tournament

SugarOak Managements Services was a sponsor for the Herndon-Dulles Chamber of Commerce annual golf tournament in May, 2009. This was the second year SugarOak has sponsored the tournament for the Chamber. Playing in the tournament for SugarOak was Dan Baker, Tom Donaldson, Bart Martin, and Don Schubring.
