RICHMOND, VIRGINIA – August 2010: Thalhimer, a Member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance is pleased to announce Regal Cinemas and Gold’s Gym have renewed their leases at Gold’s Gym Plaza, West Broad Street at Homeview Road in Henrico County, VA.
Regal Cinemas renewed their 53,220 square foot space and Gold’s Gym renewed 26,663 square feet. Gold’s Gym Plaza is a 121,879-square foot retail center featuring Gold’s Gym and Regal Cinemas, as well as Starbucks, Calico Corners and The HoneyBaked Ham Company.
