Georgian Place Adds Pain Management Physician Office To Medical Community

SOMERSET, PA -- August 3, 2010 -- Georgian Place is pleased to announce the addition of the Therapeutic Interventional Pain Center to its Medical Community. Anesthesiologist and Pain Management Specialist, Dr. Arif Rafi, will start seeing patients August 6 in Suite 419. Dr. Rafi is the 13th medical professional to open an office at Georgian Place. “I looked around and found that Georgian Place represents the ideal spot for my practice”, said Rafi. “It has close proximity to patients, a supportive environment of medical professionals, top notch facilities and professional management. I am very excited about joining the vibrant medical community here at Georgian Place.” Dr. Rafi is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Physician. He specializes in therapeutic and interventional pain management for conditions such as back pain, neck pain, cancer pain, nerve pain, abdominal/pelvic pain. Hannah Wagner, CRNP will be joining Dr. Rafi at the center. Dr. Rafi has been a doctor for over 22 years and has practiced in the USA since 1996. He started his Somerset pain practice in January, 2010, and has been living in Pittsburgh since 2007. He has three other offices at Monongahela (Pittsburgh), West Mifflin (Pittsburgh), and Greensburg (Westmoreland). Dr. Rafi has worked in New York, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio in the past.
