SugarOak Launches Georgian Place Web Site

SugarOak has launched several new web sites for their retail outlets. Based in Herndon, Virginia, SugarOak has a number of retail, office, industrial, and flex spaces that they manage across the United States, and Canada. Georgian Place, a shopping and office condo village in Somerset, Pennsylvania, has business condos up to 20,000 square feet available to purchase. Some of the villages tenants are Van Heusen, Vitamin World, Tangiz Salon, and the Inn at Georgian Place. The new web site has information on the retail and office condos, as well as, purchase information on the available suites. For a limited time SugarOak will owner finance up to 90% for qualified buyers.
